These units are not in the newest section of the resort, which just opened, but rather in the older tower building
All of these weeks carry no liens against them and are only being sold for theauction price + transfer fees ? Also please clarifiy that Divi has the right to still purchase these weeks even if there is an accepted bid on the property thru Ebay ?

That is correct. Divi has First Right of Refusal, which means that Divi has the right to match the price of the highest bid and purchase the property back.
