   WHERE IS THE SITE/URL FOR SHOWING A BID FOR THIS TIMESHARE? JUST TO BE SURE…YOU ARE SHOWING AN ANNUAL 6K CREDITS WITH A ZERO CARRY FORWARD AND A BORROWING OF 6K AGAINST 2010 ALLOTMENT AFTER THE MAINTENANCE IS BROUGHT UP TO DATE. WHAT IS THE ANNIVERSARY DATE ON THIS OWNERSHIP…A VERY IMPORTANT ITEM. IT LOOKS AS THOUGH MAR 2009 WAS THE ROLL DATE AND THE SELLER HAS NOT PAID ANY MAINTENANCE ON THE 2009 ROLL…IS THIS CORRECT? HOW CAN ALL THIS INFO BE VERIFIED WITH WORLDMARK?

     According to the management company, there are currently 6,000 points available for 2009. The 2009 maintenance fees have not been paid in full. once the fees are current, the 2009 points will be available to the new buyer. We do not know the renewal date. We receive all information in the ad directly from worldmark.

   Hi Angie:
   The anniversary date is very important so could you give me the worldmark ad or the contact at worldmark?
   It sounds as though there are no credits carried forward from 2008 so you are simply selling the 2009 allotment + the liability for 2009 maintenance.
   Please let me know asap.

     This timeshare was sold to a buyer who made a second chance offer. There are currently another set of worldmark points up for auction on ebay.
