What does this listing mean with the sale of the time athat the ‘resort has the first right of refusal on this property’?
This means the resort can match the sale price and purchase the timeshare in place of the winning buyer.
Has the developer/resort not exercised their right of first refusal? Will they have that right after the items is bid on? they charge an extra/high amount to transfer ownership do they have the right to refuse membership?
The resort will determine whether or not they will exercise their first right of refusal after the auction closes with a successful bidder.
If i am interested in the other four weeks of ownership in addition to this one will the resort transfer ownership for all 5 weeks for the one transfer fee?
The transfer fee is for each week.
