Is it for sale today at lowered minimum bid of $3300.00 with $617 of taxes due and no other encumbrances? Please verify this and that parcel is 35 acres, not landlocked and free and clear to build on with no restrictions as to use. Are mineral rights included? Unfortunately, all we have on the property is included in the ad. The assessor verified all the information provided but a title search was not performed.
