Would you consider $3,000.00? I will pay off the remaining loans in the amount of $3283.46.
    Thank You,

    Hello Again,

I hate to keep bothering you, but I just want to make sure I understand this correctly as I have never bought anything from you before. Can you tell me if this means that the property already has a bid of $6,000 and if you don’t receive a higher bid than it will be sold to the person that bid $6,000? Or did you just arbitrarily set a price of $6,000? Also, can you tell me when the auction ends? Thanks for your help?

We received one tentative offer of $5,000, one conditional of $5,500 and one of $6,000. We decided that it was most fair to start the property at $6,000 and give all interested parties a chance to bid. Should there be no bidders, the trustee will consider the offers in order received, first by highest amount, then by time received. The auction ends Apr 19, 2010 at 16:00:51 PDT

Can you update me on the status of the auction? Is there an estimated date that the auction will be listed?
