Description: Estate’s interest in a 7.00% interest in the following Promissory Note:

One (1) promissory notes secured by two (2) parcels of land located in Globe, Gila County, Arizona. The note originated in 2007 and the entire balance is due and payable on or before June 1, 2022. The Note was established by a man to benefit two siblings, one of whom is the debtor. The payments were divided between the two parties in a 50/50 division.

As of September 2016, the balance remaining to be paid on the Note is $25,791.24. At 50% payments, this means the debtor is due at least $12,895.71 due and payable by 6/1/22.

The Estate has been receiving interest payments since the filing to benefit creditors. The firm servicing the Note is Evergreen Note Servicing of Puyallup, WA

The properties are located at 1202 West Beruatti Street, Globe, AZ 85501. According to the County Assessor, there are three structures on one of the parcels, two of which are rental producing residences as of 2013. We do not have information related to rental contract or payments, if any, received.

Past and current payments from the Note have been made directly to the Trustee who, in turn, has endorsed payments on to the debtor’s Estate. Once the promissory note is sold, payments will be redirected to the new owner.
