Location Info: The spirits are now located in Zip Code 95240 (Lodi, California south of Sacramento) and must be picked up by the winning bidder. Pickup is scheduled for Monday, January 30, 2017. This is a fixed date set by the Court and cannot changed. Failure to appear for pickup results in surrender of product purchased.

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By submitting a bid, you are representing yourself to both BKAssets and the Trustee as being at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. Title to the wine you win in a bankruptcy auction passes to you as soon as it leaves the warehouse. It is up the bidders to know the relevant laws in their state. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at the time of pickup.

Should there be any missing bottles, the pro-rate cost per bottle will be calculated from the winning bid amount paid and will be refunded to the winning bidder upon verification at the time of pickup.

Payment Info: $U.S. Money order, certified check, cashier’s check. BKAssets may also accept “Bill Pay” from Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citibank, Chase, a local regional bank or Credit Union. If you would like to use “Bill Pay,” but do not bank at one of these establishments, please call bkassets prior to sending payment.
A closing cost fee of $200 (payable to seller) will apply. Full payment must be received within (7) days of winning bid. Any bidder who does not complete the sale within 7 days from the close of auction will be considered in default. Seller has the right to proceed with the next highest bidder.

Shipping Info: Shipping of invoices is free to all buyers in the United States. ANY SHIPPING OF THE WINE/CHAMPAGNE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING BIDDER. International bidders are welcome, please contact Bkassets for shipping costs to countries other than the United States prior to bidding. Shipping costs to locations outside of the US will be calculated at the close of auction. Please be advised that because this is a US Bankruptcy Court Ordered sale, and subject to approval, shipping can take an average of 3-6 weeks.
