Each of the firearms are in good, gently used condition. There are no visible or significant nicks, dents, or scratches.

The 1858 Bison has slight oxidation on the exterior.

The Traditions Evolution SS 50 is missing the bolt.

Required State registration of any mandated State or local law is solely the responsibility of the winning bidder. This includes mandated transfer policy which may include a background check of the winning bidder. All firearms sales will be facilitated through a local licensed arms dealer.

5130 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, Az. 85015.

The guns will be available for viewing at Legendary during normal business hours. The highest bidder (“buyer”) for each gun will be required to work through Legendary to complete the required criminal background check and necessary paperwork to legally transfer the guns to the buyer. If the buyer is out-of-state, the buyer will need to work through a local gun store in his/her locality who, in turn will work along with Legendary to effectuate the legal transfer of the weapon. Buyers will be required to pay Legendary directly for the background check and transfer paperwork. The estimated cost for this service is $35 per weapon. If the buyer is out of state, there may be a charge at his/her local gun store also. Buyers will be responsible for all costs and efforts necessary to effectuate the legal transfer of the weapons.

BKAssets is not responsible for connectivity issues, or Internet transmission times, when submitting an auction bid near the close of auction. The auction process does not extend past the set close time of the auction and bidders are solely responsible for the timing and receipt of their bids if they elect not to utilize Proxy bidding.

Location Info The firearms are located near Phoenix, AZ and will be available for pickup from this location. The trustee will not deliver the firearms equipment and all costs for packing/shipping/insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible to arrange for pick up through local State/Federal law related to firearms purchase which may include pickup at a registered firearms dealer post auction

This means that the Seller and the trustee are not responsible for problems (if any) with the equipment, the condition of the firearm, or any normal wear and tear through usage. The buyer will be entirely responsible for this property after the sale including but not limited to: paying any fees/costs associated with these instruments to transport. Seller and trustee are NOT firearms dealers or appraisers. BKAssets and the trustee shall be under no obligation to buyer except to provide buyer with the firearm.

A closing cost fee of 10% of the winning bid (payable to seller) may apply. Full payment must be received within (7) days of winning bid. Any bidder who does not complete the sale within 7 days from the close of auction will be considered in default. Seller has the right to proceed with the next highest bidder.
