Description: A. Shah Settlement in the amount of $34,000 which the debtors were ordered to pay to the Trustee by the Order Directing and Compelling Disclosure of Settlement, Accounting and Turner of Settlement Proceeds dated July 13, 2009 entered in the main bankruptcy docket case (Doc #1111) and the Memorandum and Opinion entered in Adversary 09-7018 dated February 17, 2001 (Doc #77); and

B. The compensable sanctions previously imposed against Debtors in the amount of $14,626.61 with reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the Trustee in the amount of $1,500 by Orders entered in Adversary No 09-7011 (Doc #35, 39 and 42) and by Order Granting Trustee’s Motion for Entry of Order requiring payment of previously imposed sanctions dated March 28, 2018 (Doc # 2483) entered in the main bankruptcy case; and

C. Any and all further claims to enforce payment of the Assets set forth in A & B above, if any.

The bankruptcy and all above stated Docket, procedures and judgment have been filed in the State of Texas Bankruptcy Court; Southern District, McAllen, TX.

Both debtors are sole owners of Mar-Rox, Inc.

Trustee will provide last known address of the defendants to the winning bidder.
