One (1) promissory note secured by one (1) parcel of land located in Guilford, New Haven County, Connecticut. The Amended and Restated Note originated in March 2018 and the entire balance was due and payable on or by August 28, 2018.

The Note further stated that if $25,000 was paid by May 28, 2018, the entire Note would then be considered satisfied
