Estate’s interest in ‘approximately two plot of land situate, lying and being at Akole Village’ near Lagos, Ogun State, Nigeria The land is confirmed at 36 meters on the south side and 20.9 meters on the east. It is nearly perfectly square with the north side being 1 meter shorter than the south side. The west side is 3 meters less than the east side. The parcel is bordered on the south by a ‘proposed road’ which is, as yet, unnamed.

2018 taxes, if any, are unknown.

The debtor signed a Nigerian ‘Land Purchase Agreement’ for the property in January 2017 and paid One Million Naria for the land. The Land Purchase contract states the “is free from litigation, mortgage, change, gift, lien, attachment and/or other liabilities or encumbrances whatsoever whether or not under the Land Use Act.

The Trustee will provide the winning bidder a signed and notarized Assignment to transfer ownership. It will be the responsibility of the winning to transfer ownership according to Nigerian law and seller and Trustee assume no responsibility to do so. Any fees related to the transfer of ownership are also the responsibility of the winning bidder
