Legal Info: Buyer, in conjunction with the sale of the Asset, to pay all costs associated with transfer of property, including the total amount of applicable transfer taxes and deed filing/recording fees and other necessary fees (“Transfer Taxes and Government Charges) due Monroe County, West Virginia and the State of West Virginia. The amount of these Transfer Taxes and Government Charges will be determined AFTER the conclusion of the sale of the Asset since the amount is dependent upon the sale price of the Asset. The Trustee or the Trustee’s Auctioneer shall escrow the amount of the Transfer Taxes and Government Charges from the Buyer upon the conclusion of the sale.
