Description: Estate’s interest in the recently updated website, trademark and several thousand inventory items related to medical and physical therapy supplies. The debtor was an on-line distributor. The Inventory is located in a 14,000 square foot warehouse located in Hot Springs, AR. The inventory has been valued at $664,000 (cost). A physical inventory has not been performed by the trustee, but believes the the inventory to be fairly accurate. The debtor states all sales were entered in the inventory and all orders received were entered in the inventory system.
In addition to the medical and physical therapy inventory, the auction includes routine items necessary for operation of a warehouse with distribution capabilities. These include, but are not limited to: shelving, stools, computers, printers, fax machines, pallet jacks, dollies, push carts, moving stairs, unloading rails, electric pallet jacks and accessories.
This auction has a firm offer. The auction is being conducted to exceed the offer and will not be relisted.

The Inventory is located in a warehouse at 2720 Mountain Pine Road, Hot Springs, AR which was the warehouse of the former firm.
The winning bidder will be solely responsible for removal and transportation of all inventory from the warehouse no later than 12/16/2018.
Location Info: The Inventory is located in Hot Springs, AR which is southwest of Little Rock and about 300 miles northeast of Dallas/Ft Worth.
The winning bidder will be responsible for removing the entire Inventory from the property and any related costs to do so such as shipping and freighting. The Inventory must be removed from the address above no later than December 16, 2018.
