Starting Minimum Bid: $1,495

Description: Default judgment against debtor entered May 28, 2015

Awarded in the first adv. Case # 14 07099 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona to turn over five separate personal vehicles. This first judgment dated October 16, 2014.
When the turnover did not occur, the Trustee then filed a second judgment in lieu of the vehicles in the amount of the fair market value of the vehicles and other assets. This amounted to $9,029. The judgment added on $750 in legal fees for a total of $9,779 in the judgment

Since that time, the Trustee also obtained a wage garnishment of the debtor for the full value. That garnishment has provided, as of 6/30/18, a total of $5,230 which has been credited to the Case to benefit creditors. This leaves a balance to be paid in the amount of $4,549. The garnishment has been equal payments of $50 along with periodic service fees of $10. The employer is LG’s Barber Shop.

Trustee will provide last known address of the defendants to the winning bidder. The Trustee will reassign the wage garnishments to the winning bidder once winning bid payment has been received.
