Description: All Interest in the Chapa Gas Pipeline located in Live Oak County, Texas near George West. Under a settlement, Debtor granted 100% of his rights/interest to the Estate.

The pipeline is commonly known as ‘Chapa Pipeline’ and consists of 17.2 miles of 10’ and 6’ natural gas gathering line, permanently attached equipment and appurtenances, including any and rights-of-way, easements, prescriptive rights, permits, license and government authorizations conveyed to Tidewater Mineral Corporation by Texana Midstream Company LP to Conveyance dated 3/1/2010 and recorded 3/4/2010.

The Chapa Pipeline is not currently producing income as the Trustee is not operating it. The winning buyer may seek from producers of natural gas to transport through the pipeline for a fee.

The Owner ID#’s are: # 46236, # 51038, and # 53048 according to Live Oak County Appraiser’s Office.

2018 taxes are assessed and invoiced in late October of this year and are due by 1/31/2019. The County Appraiser estimates the tax invoice for 2018, at that time, will be approximately $6,022 (subject to change) and will be paid by the buyer. The Estate is paying for all past taxes due from 2017 and prior.

There is no current lease holder or royalty payment stream related to the pipeline.
